About us

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

"From the bottom of my heart, I can’t thank Webbs Trusted Tails enough. Having an elderly, blind Labrador alongside a Frenchie who can be quite challenging...comes with its worries, but they handle them with such compassion, patience, and understanding. You can feel how much they truly care, and that kind of reassurance is priceless. Their passion and professionalism are second to none.

Alfie had his first walk with Geoff and Fiona yesterday. Fantastic! He had a great time and there will be many more times like this to come. A truly professional service from very experienced dog owners. We wouldn't trust our boy with anyone else. We would not hesitate to recommend their services

Geoff and Fiona come highly recommended. Caring for Hetty Bates is no easy task she certainly keeps everyone on their toes! Yet they handle her with patience, understanding, and genuine affection.

Our dogs absolutely adore them, and that gives us complete peace of mind. Knowing they are safe, happy, and cared for as if they were their own is priceless. We couldn’t ask for better hands to leave them in.

We have just come back from holiday, Geoff & Fiona have looked after our cats for us. They were without a doubt the best cat sitters we have ever had. I would definately recommend these caring people who just love animals.

They were truly professional from the first visit, fully insured and DBS checked, great people, great service. Thank you.
